Class Project
In my Digital Analytics and Reporting class, I took on the role of an Analytics Manager tasked with developing a multi-channel measurement plan for a client’s 2022 campaign. This cross-channel campaign included paid search, display, email, social media, online video (OLV), and a website refresh. I developed a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan that identified target audiences and aligned business objectives for each channel. Additionally, I established KPIs for every channel and designed a measurement framework to track performance using various analytics tools. Lastly, I created a reporting strategy with data visualization and set a timeline for reporting throughout the second half of 2022.
